CELEBRITIES AND FRIENDS TURN OUT TO SUPPORT GOD'S LOVE WE DELIVER
AT SOUTHAMPTON BENEFIT

Isaac Mizrahi, Kyle MacLachlan, Thom Filicia, Stan Herman, and Chuck Scarborough joined with Jamee and Peter Gregory, Reza and Marjorie Gubelmann Raein, and Beth Rudin DeWoody to support the important work of God's Love We Deliver on Saturday, June 17th. They were among the nearly 350 friends and supporters who gathered on the great lawn of "Old Trees," the spacious Southampton estate owned by Don Burns and Greg Connors, for the sixth annual Midsummer Night Drinks. More than $250,000 was raised from ticket sales and raffle proceeds and will be used to provide meals and nutritional counseling for people living with HIV/AIDS and other serious life-threatening illnesses.

This year, major corporate sponsors included Neuberger Berman; Mikimoto; J.Crew; Tiffany & Co.; Lehman Brothers; Hamptons Magazine; and Prudential Douglas Elliman. A Mini-Cooper convertible automobile was included in a raffle, along with a Mikimoto Tahitian cultured pearl necklace; a Dennis Basso gift certificate; and a Tiffany & Co. men's watch. Wines and spirits were generously provided by Grey Goose Vodka; Corzo Tequila; Bedell Cellars; Corey Creek Vineyards; and Piper Heidsieck Champagne.

God's Love We Deliver is the metropolitan area's leading not-for-profit organization dedicated to preparing and delivering over 3,000 nutritious, life-sustaining meals each weekday, free-of-charge, to men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses. Since its inception, the agency has delivered 8.5 million meals and has never had a waiting list. God's Love We Deliver also provides nutrition counseling to each of its meal program clients, family members and other service providers. All of the organization's services are provided free of charge.
