God's Love We Deliver benefited from an exclusive auction, held at Sotheby's on December 3rd, marking the 20th anniversary of Swatch. When auctioneer Hugh Hildesley brought the gavel down on the final auction lot, the room at Sotheby's burst into wild applause. The auction had just raised $400,000. The applause erupted into absolute explosion when Nicolas Hayek Jr., board member of the Swatch Group, announced that Swatch would match the amount. The additional $400,000 brought the total amount raised to $800,000!

The proceeds of the evening will help us continue to feed the over 1,000 men, women and children in New York City and Hudson County, New Jersey, that depend upon us for two nutritious meals each weekday. Despite the events of the past few months and the loss of critical funding, our clients' hunger and needs have not gone away or diminished. We are so grateful to Swatch and each of the bidders at Wristory for their incredible generosity.
